- Listen to Your Body: You know yourself best. If something doesn't feel right during a workout, it's fine to slow down or tap out
- Workout Your Way: The routines are offered as-is. They're great for many, but might not be ideal for all fitness levels
- We Try Our Best: We're all human; if you spot any errors, get in touch
